Effective date: September 12, 2026. This policy covers the OnlyTrue Apps family, including TikSave and XSave (apps published by Only True Holdings, LLC on Google Play).
1. The short version
Our apps download media from platforms you choose, save it to your own device, and do not require an account. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.
2. What the apps do and do not collect
No account, no sign-up. The apps contain no login and ask for no personal information.
No tracking of you. We do not collect analytics about you, build profiles, or track your activity.
Media you download is stored only on your device (and, if you enable Cloud Backup, in your own personal WebDAV cloud storage, configured and controlled by you).
Links you paste are sent to the platform's public servers to resolve the media file — the same request your browser makes when viewing the post. They are not stored by us.
3. Third-party services
Google Play / Google Play Billing handles all subscription purchases (TikSave Pro, XSave Pro — $4.99/year). We never see your payment details.
Google AdMob serves ads in the free versions. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad delivery and measurement, subject to Google's policies. Purchasing Pro removes all ads.
Platform CDNs — downloads come directly from the source platform's content servers.
Your own WebDAV cloud (optional, Pro) — backups go to storage you configure with your own credentials. We have no access to it.
4. Permissions
Internet — to resolve and download media you request.
Storage / Media — to save downloads to your gallery.
Advertising ID — used by AdMob (free version only).
5. Children
The apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Changes to this policy
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
